I believe they are good Vets. But the app keeps closing. I would love to use this app. When I am able to use I will give another update. What I did before I typed what I just typed was that I uninstalled and installed it back so when I got through typing the review then it opened but what I did was uninstalled and installed and installed it again, and it did not close.

Can't say enough. The location is beautiful and spotless. The staff is so kind and caring. The medical care is so comprehensive. Each step, issue and home instructions are explained in detail. Love it here.

This review is for the app specifically, not the vet service. I am extremely frustrated with this app. It doesn't give me the notifications of messages despite the fact that my phone allows notifications from this app. It also doesn't upload photos and videos I uploaded for the vets to review. The only thing that works right is the making/canceling appointment and messaging texts. Nothing else works properly, and it is beyond frustrating.

Review is for the app, not the veterinary services. I tried to join small door, but everything has to be done through the app (no web based log in system). But the app keeps crashing on me (android) before I ever get to the log in screen, so I can't do anything...not even make an appointment. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least 4 times and still crashes in the same place. I recommend checking to see if the app works for you before joining the service.
