Nice app, but the payment environment redirects you to your default browser. If you are using a non Chrome based secure browser (like Firefox Focus) you need to change it in order to pay. DuckDuckGo (Chrome based) works. They should make payments work inside the app.

The app is great, the only issue I face all the time I cannot pay neither by card nor by Google Pay (and as a result, to use delivery to Sprout boxes that are close to my home). Cards are Ukrainian. On other websites (Amazon, for example), payment with all my cards works well. If you fix this - it would be fantastic :))

I had made an order which had an estimated delivery time of a month. After that period ended it got delayed and then my ordered cancelled, and my money got sent back after I contacted them on their Instagram since Sprout really doesn't provide information to contact support, it only has a bot(I had paid through a prepaid coupon). I tried to writte a review for the vendor on their site referencing this delay and my lost time, but my review never got posted because they didn't "approve" it.

The app is really good, the only problem I have is that sometimes it is difficult to navigate the categories. I put two stars because the last months every newsletter I get for the price drop of my favorites is fake. I just got an email saying that a Kingston fury beast 16gb ddr4 ram has a price drop of 53% but in the price drop history section at the app there is no time in history that the product had €86.37 that the email said. So the only explanation is intentional lies, pity 😞.

The items delivered aren't packaged well! If you order numerous items, you will receive many deliveries same day all hours of the day which make it impossible to stay home to receive them, especially when you have to work. There isn't any type of organization or option to request even later date delivery to get all the items you order together. Also, very, very bazaar, there isn't a receipt or gift receipt included in the delivery package in the event that the order is a gift!!!!
