Terrible app. Usable in the past. If an order was messed up, they would fix it. Recently had multiple orders missing entire meals, and after years of ordering and rarely having issues, they decided I don't get anything for my missing food. If you want an app that has good customer service, DO NOT CHOOSE SKIP!

Skip is a great app. It's simplicity and functionality is top-notch. That said, the customer service and experience is terrible. The delivery people will always deliver your orders; the only problem is they will almost always deliver to the wrong address. Not a big deal if you can get a refund or credit right? Well, these guys are very stingy. My order got delivered to the wrong address few times ($20 order) I got a $2.50 credit). It's excusable if an order is late but when orders don't show up
