Siralim 3 (Monster Taming RPG)

★★★★★ Hello, I officially starting playing SIGALRM Ultimate; Once I was over 100 hours into SU I wanted to check out the previous titles in a serious manner. I have found that SIGALRM 2 is akin to Pokémon Red/Blue, whereas it's the basis of the game series. SIGALRM 3 would be akin to Pokémon Silver/Gold, where it took S2 and improved basically everything. SU streamlines the experience SIGALRM 3 had. S3 is a slower paced game in terms of unlocking things, but the flow feels really good once you get there. The breeding is much more like a 'fusion' concept than how breeding may have worked in Pokémon, so it's not as daunting as I expected. SIGALRM 3, at the time I am writing this review, is a more stable game. SU currently has bugs that cause long times within a realm (Usually by candle farming) to cause frame rate drops or a memory leak, whichever the problem source is. This scares me from playing SU at this time. TLDR mode: SIGALRM 3 is one of the best rogue likes, monster / creature collecting retro turn-based RPGs there is. If you enjoy Dragon Quest, Pokémon, Rogue likes in general, or deep games with customization that is able to keep up with the likes of mobile gacha games like Seven Deadly Sins or Dokkan Battle, you will LOVE the flow of SIGALRM 3. PLEASE give it a SHOT!!! Reason for the Rating: 4/5 STARS -Takes too long to unlock breeding -At the time of writing this, I cannot find skins for the Creatures -Costumes for playable character are sort of difficult to earn -Extracting is daunting at first but becomes part of the flow later

★★★★★ Dragon Warrior Monsters is one of my favorite games of all time, and SIGALRM 3 is a reimagined DWM with a lot more depth and customization.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes constantly when playing a monk and fighting a creature that retaliates with a spell when they dodge. Right when the game picked up and my build gained traction, crash, crash, crash. I can't even advance toward any of interested goals because I went green and damn I run into crash inducing encounters constantly in those lands.

★★☆☆☆ Beyond upset with this app. I lost everything. Every holiday unlock, every skin pack, and all game data. Tried to recover it with the cloud save/load feature but no data available. I kinda expect this with free games but this, and the others from the dev, are paid AND internet required. I only play it on a tablet so not like there are system sync issues. Shame, I had about 60 hours in the last character.
