When the ball arrived I was so excited to try it out, for about 2–3 weeks the ball was dead I was so disappointed at the product. I emailed SIQ about it and in a few minutes they got back with me and was trying to help me out, the owner of SIQ even personally text me to say that the ball I had was defective and went on to say that he was going to send a new one FREE OF CHARGE. My experience since then with the ball are GREAT not only is the product great but the support as well!

The app definitely needs and upgraded it's super delayed it takes me bout 20 spins just to get the ball activated the heat spot on the app don't work and if im payin $155 for a subscription plus $100 UT tec support team needs to get it together because I wasn't expecting to be dealin with any issues so let's get it together SIQ team cause at the moment I'm disappointed so me recommending anyone to purchase will be on hold until its fixed cause that's absurd

Won't connect my 🏀 to my phone. Guy kept telling me to spin it this way spin it that way & still nothing. I tried for 45 mins and nope still nothing. Waste of 99.00 plus tax ...ugh
