★★★★★ This is only one of Very perfect Banking application from Shinhan for foreigners. None of them have such an application for foreigners. Very handy and easy application for banking process.

★★★★★ App no longer runs after update. Needs more extensive testing for such a critical financial app.

★★☆☆☆ New update on the 1st of December. Now the app won't even open. Instant crash every time. Complete piece of trash. Almost a week gone by since I updated and still no fix. Others seem to be longer with the same issue. Shinhan is not doing much to instill any confidence in those who trust them with their money.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work after the November 2023 update. The Korean SOL works fine, but the Global app for foreigners doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ This app is pretty close to garbage. I have to CONSTANTLY reinstall the app as it just crashes nonstop. Eventually, it crashes so much I can't even open it again, so I reinstall.
