Can I use car and motorcycle for the membership? Because it only can choose one of them. It supposed yo have a button that can shift from car to motorcycle so user that have both can use the app.

Terrible shell app update experience. Forcing user to implement 6 digits pin, but email received indicates customer request for new email address update. The incorrect email message act like highly suspicious scammer email. And once new 6 digits pin setup done. Credit card info saved previously has been wiped off.

First, force me to create a new digital bonus link membership. There is no way for me to key in my existing bonus link nbr. Then, I can't change the Bonus link card that linked to the app. Having the icon but not function at all.

Not as convenient as Setel by PETRONAS and Caltex Go. I don't understand why I am promoted with secure verification for more than once despite using the same card. The other petrol payment applications prompt me just once with the same card. Then this morning when I was about to purchase fuel, I was asked to key in OTP! And it was sent to my email instead of SMS?! You are giving unnecessary troubles! Now I don't care if my tier is downgraded. I will go for Petronas Setel or Caltex!

These apps sometimes really make user suffer, I click for payment, first 2 times failed but already deduct the payment from my credit card, third time already connected to pump, but when I pick up the pump can't fill petrol at all, now on my bank statement it on hold me RM600 for 3 times payment (RM200 for each payment)
