★★★★★ The app seemed to be fine, but the sign-in process is frustrating. You can't order as a guest you must register. Then to complete that process you have to wait for an email for a confirmation code to go back into the app and enter. 5 minutes down the road there is no service. If you have my card info and charge it why does it matter if I'm a guest or registered? 🤷‍♀️

★★★★★ I use the app to order at Shelburne almost every day. I place the order, and pay on the app, so 10 minutes later I can just walk in and grab my order without having to wait. Very convenient! Oh, and their coffee is the best!!

★★☆☆☆ Love the café, but this app is trash. Constantly logs me out, forcing me to re-type my password several times/week. I reset my password through the website, but the app didn't recognize the new password. It's just too frustrating trying to order through this while also getting ready for work. The only upside to this app is that it was so frustrating to use that I've started making coffee at home, saving me a fair bit of money.

★★☆☆☆ Ordered two breakfast burritos. Got a call said they ran out. Asked if I wanted another item or refund. I chose another item. When I got there I had to pay full price for breakfast sandwich, and I still never got a refund for my first order of two breakfast burritos. I've called multiple times. They said it should take a week for it to be refunded. It's been a month still no refund. They said they were going to call regional manager. Still nothing. Horrible experience. Would rate 0 if I could.
