Great improvement over the earlier SSO app. Not only does it store your tickets (so you don't have to bring the paper versions), but it now has your order history and can provide optional notifications. Just make sure you look for the "Listen Boldly" app on your Android device -- it's not called "Seattle Symphony" or "SSO" under its app icon, so it's easy to forget where to find it.

A painful experience to purchase parking. Website said parking could only be added through the app or call (or a web app which I never found the link to). So I install this app and the scroll viewer on the parking choices would not scroll down. The filter UI would also not scroll. Had to click on a different date/time and then select my preferred time from that UI. Adding insult to injury, the button to purchase parking opened a browser page back to their website.

This app is good for viewing tickets you purchased, but you cannot buy tickets through it. Tickets get 'added' to a nonexistent cart which you can't find and then never ultimately purchase.

Frustrating Icon Naming The app is actually pretty good if you can find it. App name changes from Seattle Symphony (understandable and clear) to Listen Boldly (vague and uninformative) when you install it. The icon is of a logo that resembles an "S" only to inebriated, visually-impaired users. 2 stars for making me search through all my apps and find the one that made no sense.
