The site is fine but using the app is a frustrating experience: it's slow, doesnt work offline, and very buggy. The info and photo buttons never work, not can you read the seat reviews. This app sucks.

Sad garbage. Will show a seat map but you can't click on any of the seats to see the comments. App duplicates functionality from the mobile site. It is not "optimized" for mobile experience in any way.
