Very well-designed app which is surprising coming from a bank. The only feature missing is the credit card "Lock" feature (for credit card transactions) as used by Brim Financial's Mastercard "Lock Foreign", "Lock Online", and "Lock All". Also needs a "travel advisory" for its travel credit card.

App is normally fine, makes banking relatively easy and no issues. But I am not sure what happened with the check depositing feature recently, but it really sucks now. The auto capture doesn't work. The box shifts above the check when you're trying to line it up. It is so frustrating. Please fix this.

Ever since the maintenance that caused the app to go down in the fall of 2024, the totals in my available credit in all of my accounts are off/delayed/do not adjust properly after payments. How did can a bank offer a service that can't even get your balances correct? It's beyond frustrating - whatever you did that ruined the app, un do it and never do it again.

Worst online banking app ever. Worst bank in general. Every week, there is something going wrong. Every week, they find a way to stop you from tending to your funds. It's always something, and I'm so done with them.

Just adding another review similar to most of the other ones expressing much disappointment with Scotiabank, the app and the 2sv notification that is required to log in to my accounts online. It was always easy with password and even code notication through my cell phone, but now I am just unable to navigate. I will transfer to another bank
