Still a 1-star app :(I have spent over $45 in the last 6 weeks at scooters and used the app for all the purchases (scan at the window) only to discover that I was correct, IT HAS NOT UPDATED MY REWARDS SMILES AT ALL :(I should have earned at least 1 more reward if not 2 with these purchases and scooters website doesn't work to allow you to make a complaint !!! Very disappointed.

They charge you $1.00 for a cup of ice water???? Really after I spend $20.00 on breakfast sandwiches which 3of the 4 ordered was still cold and not cooked through, so we didn't want food poisoning what waste of $20.00 couldn't take items back we were traveling to an out of area for scooters average coffee and sand breakfast meals? Bad experience from this company, staff was. Nice that's why you got a two star
