★★★★★ A very impressive and secured mobile app. But I humbly recommend that electronic invoice generation should be made possible after making successful transfers. It's a major omission in the app. Even making screenshots of successful transfers are impossible...thereby making it difficult to show electronic evidence of payments made to recipients. Keep up the good work.

★★★★★ A very good app no doubt but why is there no domiciliary account opening features and searching for banks is so suffocating with list of unwanted banks on the transfer list side?

Why can't I just open an account the manual way-i have to use the app, and it's not even seamless, one error message or the other, I have been at this for days... Plus I called your. Customer care only to be speaking to an Asian person that I cannot even understand what she is saying. The only reason I am even here to whine is that it's a salary account, otherwise I wouldn't even care. Fix your app, your services for God's sake

★★☆☆☆ Good bank, but very poor app. The design is rather disappointing. The UI/UX is outdated and bland. It doesn't even have dark mode. You can't generate receipts. You can't search for bank when you want to transfer. It doesn't shortlist banks. You can't hide account balance. You can't authenticate transfers with biometrics. It's a very poor app. I am a new customer who was attracted to the bank and I opened an account, but this app alone can make me close the account. It's a very poor app. Poor.
