Horrible I bought the dvr sannce and this app cannot register at all it keeps telling me unsuccessful why make an app that is garbage and doesn't work the dvr is also garbage camera detects movements like 1995 internet dial up disgusted.

Terrible. Can't get ahold of anyone. Got videos on my phone with no way of getting them off ? The Xmas app had options for emailing but doesn't work with my recent Sannce DVR purchase. Will be throwing this one in the trash.

Cant make an account cant set up cameras it won't tell me why It's failing to make an account and the worst is the shatem coat $500 and ia not returnable
