★★★★★ Just started it using a week ago and feel very satisfied with app experience. Automatic activity tracking works perfectly

★★★★★ I have been using the app for about a month bow, and I'm very happy with it! It could be great If I could create and update my SF opportunities as well. Anyway, I got it mainly for logging in calls and caller ID to Salesforce, and it functions much better than other apps I've tried before. The main benefit it that all calls are being logged in to Salesforce without me opening the app.

★★★★★ Very optimized app with tons of great features. Quick to set up and easy to connect with Salesforce and start using immediately.

★★☆☆☆ The calls are not getting logged!!! Initially it was fine, but lately, not logging anything!!! Waste of time... uninstalling and installing every now and then, as its mandatory for us to keep the app anyway. For not its kind of useless!!!

★★☆☆☆ Does not log calls. Cannot change working hours. It's the worst app ever.

★★☆☆☆ Constant call drop. Calls not shown is logged calls. Hangs after every 2–3 calls, so you have to uninstall and install app again.
