App is not bad, but (through recent personal experience) Send Gold policies resulted in me not being able to access my money, until they said I could. Don't bother, just keep buying physical gold and then no one can dictate terms to you. Response to Send Gold response: Ensure all the details I've provided are deleted. How dare you lock my account after I'd already added funds! Moreover, I would never, ever entrust my SMSF to your platform!

Wasn't able to use PayPal.the fee for 'transfer' was insane.considering I use PayPal a LOT.and have NEVER paid to use PP... I baulk at the idea of sending my cvn online. I'll check it out later.but in no hurry

I haven't bought any yet, but I have checked out the app and notice a $1.05 fee through Poli. Poli is free so why is there a charge. The same with the fee for Bpay. I was considering using the app and investing but now have changed my mind and will stick to purchasing physical gold

To everyone, please check the spread before deciding on buying. Otherwise, app wise, I haven't found any issue yet. Edit: That is true, along with other fees that are very competitive in, handling gold is no small task. But you still have one of the highest spread around.
