It works good, but the format is bad. My ride Barcode should be below the already purchased ticket, I have a monthly pass, the barcode takes forever to load and throws all other elements down the page. This stalls me when I am scanning my pass for the bus driver, and makes everyone take longer to get on the bus. This app is good and convenient if you lose things, and helps expedite boarding. This app is not meant for travel planning or anything else like that.

I purchased a discounted monthly e ticket for October and my phone was stolen... I was assaulted so despite me spending and wasting 27 dollars for that month I reluctantly purchased one for November and paid another 27 dollars.....MY QUESTION IS WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IF MY PHONE BATTERY IS DEAD OR SOME OTHER JERK STEALS MY PHONE OR I MISPLACE MY PHONE???? CAN OR SHOULD RTD GIVE ME A MONTHLY PAPER PASS FOR THE EVENT OF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH MY PHONE??? I THINK YOU SHOULD AND DO IT Because I PAID

This app was very difficult to use and navigate if you've never taken public transportation. It doesn't make it easy for first time users at all. They expect everyone to know what the names of all the bus and light rail stops are and the prices. They have no price charts or anything indicating an estimated cost from point A to point B. It's very difficult to understand or use.
