I booked vijay nagar Indore to Ujjain tkt for 9.05 am now tkt has come for 9.45, if I select 9.05 n vijay nagar pop should tell what time is for vijay nagar, why should how will I guess time at every stop ,the app is designed to use confusion n then blame on customer we informed u like talks n when I tried to cancell, zero refund out of 109, GOK what is right

This bus service is very delight on his schedule time on the way of Omkareshwar to Ujjain we will not visit again on this route from this bus service.

Earlier their buses used to be very good, but now there is some problem or the other in every bus. Water comes out from the AC area in most of the buses and the cap to close it also remains broken. Now they need new buses be run or should they be repaired.
