★★☆☆☆ I can only give 1 star. While the convenience of a postal prescription is great, the service is let down by this Royal Mail app and it's reminders to order which despite turning off still arrive, long *after* I have re-ordered. Many other customers have also complained and nothing has been done, hence the 1 star. Listen to your users or like my local pharmacy you will lose business!!

★★☆☆☆ No option to contact directly, tracking is misleading at best - with orders saying delivered / completed before actually being completed.
