Been a great app, had no problems for a long time, but recently every time I try to "pay a credit card from a non Royal account" when it tries to download the agreement of terms PDF (which I've only downloaded a hundred times now) the whole app just crashes and kicks me out, it makes it hard to pay bills. Lovely quick response from the dev, glad they are aware and working on a fix! Will update to 5 stars when fixed entirely!

App got much worse after merging with the business app. Since I have several personal and business accounts, I need both to function. Right now the business accounts will not accept fingerprint login like it used to. Very annoying since I log in multiple times every day. Additionally, RCU business accounts no longer connect to my account aggregator (Monarch). Very annoying. We've done business at RCU for many years now and have had no issues with the app until the app merger.

Sucks. The app was on my cell for years. My phone updates and now the rcu app says this app no longer is able to be on my phone. I've tried everything. Traveling over an hour to the bank (no, none closer) just to deposit checks. **per RCU reply-no, no it doesn't help me understand. The app was on my cell for years. You said minimum protection blah blah blah... my cell updating wouldn't lessen and protection for either of us.
