App is telling me that my trial expired when I bought a license years ago. The developer abandoned the app and their customers.

Doesn't work at all. The main app tells me my trial has expired even though I already purchased and installed this app. Reinstalled this and the main app, and it tells me I have seven days before it expires. THIS APP IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY THIS!
