★★★★★ New update 04/23/23 has fixed the crashing issue for my Samsung S21. App I back to being the best! Original review : App does not open anymore. Tried force closing, restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. - App just says "Info - Something went wrong" and just stalls. Prior to the last update, this was the best shipping printer - now it's worthless. Samsung S21.

★★☆☆☆ Generic labels have to be reset in between every print, making this machine wasteful and useless. It's illegal to require use of their labels only.

★★☆☆☆ I, along with multiple other people who have left reviews, can't seem to keep my roll connected to my Wi-Fi. I have reach out to tech support multiple times, and they blame it on my Wi-Fi (which is perfectly fine). I have to reset my printer multiple times a day just to print a shipping label. I spent hundreds of dollars for a "wireless" printer that only works about 10% of the time. Such a waste of money.
