A UNIQUE eSIM provider. Five stars because it WORKS and delivers on what it promises: roaming data in ALL covered countries, that does NOT expire and has pay-per-use phone calls. They even give $1.25 in credit to try out their service FOR FREE. Almost all negative reviews here are NOT of the service. One flaw in the app that does need fixing: sign up with a Google SSO account does not work. A suggestion: show pricing in the app without requiring account creation. Costa Rica confirmed to work.

This is by far the best roaming service that I have used. I travel a lot, and previously I had to buy different packages for different countries but with Roamless, you put the money in your account and wherever you go you'll get the service as long as there's money in your account. So far I have been to 4 different countries and Rimless works everywhere seamlessly. From now on Roamless is my go to roaming service all around the world and the best thing, it's very reasonably priced.

Very unintuitive app. As a first time user, I am immediately asked to make an account before seeing the main app interface. App itself is buggy, some buttons don't do what's intended - needs QC & debugging. Navigation in app is very basic and does not reveal how it actually works. A bit more guidance for first time users would help - app/idea appears to have great potential, it just needs more work on the customer interface.

Mixed impressions. The idea is great (pay as you go), the implementation is buggy. Got their eSIM in Germany, redeemed a few codes - $9 for free, looks great! On the flip side, no data at all, no internet, the app saying "error, try again". The problem was in the APN, as only 2 eSIMs were supported: BICS & Proximus, mine was Emnify. After a quick look found a solution: Emnify has the same MCC & MNC as Px, changed "name" & "APN" manually to those of Px - it did the job. Guys, update your RTFM!

You have to create an account before you're even shown the prices. How about showing the user what they will get with an account, before they have to create one? I had to find the prices on your website. There are definitely cheaper options out there.
