Very late delivery most of the time. Brings breakfast after 10.30 or 11am. What's the point. Ruins the whole day schedule. No customer care chat option. Very hard to get them on phone. Delivery guy doesn't answer.

App keeps glitching by omitting/hiding meal menus all together, when trying to report the issue was instructed that it was due to my dislikes, making sound it's the customers fault. Even thought in other days the same "dislikes" were actually present as an option! Keeping the low rating canceling my subs till they actually fix the app and improve the quality of their response!
