I have been using this app for years. Easy to book rides and keep track of travels. I still pay with credit card in the taxi though. My only wish is that they send some sort of confirmation email the day before or a few hours ahead to let me know my scheduled ride is still on track. Will use again!

The app keeps saying the ride is scheduled, and then it says it's finding a driver after the reserved time has passed. I thought Yellow Cab would be more reliable, but it isn't working at all.

Seem to be no humans involved in this business. Reservation for 1pm for airport ride. At 1:06 with no driver and no way to contact anyone through app or by phone or by email, we ordered a LYFT instead. Lyft driver showed up in 15 mins to get us to the airport on time. Such a bummer as I love Yellow Cabs and prefer to use Yellow Cabs, but whatever this app is, it's not the great Yellow Cab service I am used to.

Booked a day ahead for airport. First driver called us five minutes after pickup time and said he was too fat away. Booked a second ride which did show up. That driver told us he needed cash for the ride. Got home to find them also charged my credit card for both rides plus what I paid in cash. Got to the airport in time bur uber would have been cheaper in the long run and no panic.
