★★☆☆☆ You can not book Ride KC Freedom or Ride KC Freedom On-Demand rides on this app, but you can book IRIS rides. Very interesting 🤔🧐 Oh, my bad. Before July 30, this was the case. Now I see you can book rides with Ride KC Freedom and Ride KC Freedom On-Demand and not IRIS, if the time you want to ride is available. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 If a Freedom driver is not available it will switch to IRIS 😄🙄

★★☆☆☆ These people have screwed me over so many times. Right from the start, the supervisor, Paul Jones, asked me how I was disabled and then laughed in my face. I was finally approved, and then these jerks have left me stranded multiple times. Straight up stranded. Now I guess they pick you up whenever they want and just keep picking up more and more ppl, no matter how late you already are. All this on a service that DOESN'T do same day reservations, yet can't make a working schedule? Holy hell.
