As a tourist, this app and the Deutsche Bahn ticket were a godsend. Onboarding on this app is tricky though, as I was unable to find an option for languages other than German (this loses 1 star). Using the app while traveling Germany was a smooth experience.

Hi team, With recent update Close button is not functioning properly. We have to click multiple times in order to close the app. It's issue with OnePlus as well as on Samsung mobile. Still I'll rate 5 stars as it's very convenient and useful app.

Unreliable app. For three times in a row I tried to book tickets online. The money is deducted, but no ticket is generated. Although they send you the money back, it takes several days. What if you get controlled? No sense

You cannot change payment methods with this app because it freezes up if you go to your photo tan and even if you make it work the app does not accept the change it just leaves your old credit card info

For non EU travelers, it is a scheduling assistant. App requires lots of personal information including birthday and personal address. Cannot set up payment with credit card. Must be IBAN transfer. Credit card function does not work. Have to get to the rail station to buy a ticket
