★★★★★ I've just renewed my insurance with this app. Straight forward and easy. A lot cheaper than Etiqa. Now it is just pending JPJ approval.

★★☆☆☆ App is not clear at all about policy purchase only and not offering road tax renewal, unlike last year when I purchased it. When I called the operator on 12/8/2020, she actually reassured me that my road tax was being processed and asked to call again later. Called again today, only to be told that I did not order road tax renewal and insisted I should have ordered for it when nowhere could I find an option to request for road tax renewal. I will not buy RHB insurance anymore

★★☆☆☆ Lousy apps ... Downloaded and installed but unable to renew my car insurance ... error message ... tried second time but all details gone no more NCD 55% ... called their number 1300 xxx no one is answering ... no idea why rhb asked us to renew online while the system is not stable
