Terrible and deceitful. Building blames your property management, property management blames building and/or the bank. WHY do payments take days to come out of account? Payment gets confirmed, but payment is NOT taken. Talked to several banks here. All have heard of this app and say the same thing about it. It's bad. Any other app. Doordash, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, fido, telus, etc. Payment is debited immediately from my account. Seems like it's on purpose to milk extra fees from people.

It seems to be fairly easy to use, and I can see how it could help save the housing rental company that uses it, a lot of money. But to have tenants forced into using this "Resident Center" as the absolute only means in which for them to pay their rent by, is just wrong; as specially for those few who are not smart devise savvy. So it looks to me that at the beginning of the new year, beginning on January 1st, those tenants who are not able to pay their rent online, will be evicted. Not cool !

This place is Sad, No respect for the tenants that live here. Always has water or light problem. Can get no work in your apartment fix for days... I moved in here November 1st still can't get 1/2 the work I put in for done now it December 17th.carpet still smell, coming up in the front room, fake flooring in the bathroom.it coming up. The paint on the tub coming off, turning green, still fighting roaches, etc...just 2 days ago Trip going in the bathroom where the FAKE title coming up off the carpet
