"We now offer a new service request Resident App & Portal to make it even easier to communicate with our team." You know what would be even easier? If I could submit a work order in the services tab of the apartment website I am currently logged into. I guess data mining and making help inaccessible to some residents is more important. Edit: My info doesn't match their records and I just need to submit a service request for my broken AC. It's been 85° in my apt.
