They've connected with companies directly. Seeing properties on the self tour feature has always been excellent and easy. Very secure and safe method to go looking and renting your next property. App was working perfectly 👌🏾 I guess after viewing up 2 a number of properties they lock you out of your account even though you paid for unlimited tours. I've contacted customer services for over 3 weeks now was told that account has been unblocked wait up to 72 hrs. To view another property. Waited a week schedule a tour get to the property pop up tells me my account has been blocked contacted customer service again is told the same thing all over again. This is very frustrating 😤

Has an issue where you can be false-flagged by a few of the big realtors (Main Street, First Key, and Progress where we live), & both the realtors & Gently say it's the others fault & on their end. We've been told it's a known issue, but that does NOTHING until its fixed. Why would you not have a way to remove blocks or something in support for getting around it? Takes a huge swath of homes to rent off the market, and there's no way to filter those realtors out. And they won't refund us. Awful.
