Impossible to export files to a new device document document can't open on any device once exported and no support at all no replies or anything online.. No export then switched app on my new phone

I loved this app. I've used it for years without problems. I even switched devices and the backup feature worked as you would expect it to so I didn't think twice before trying to reinstall it after having phone problems again. I was able to export my encrypted file, but now it won't import! It used to work, but now it doesn't.

I recently got a new phone and all my passwords are gone! When I went to open app it had me create new account. Seems this is a common problem. Help???
