A very useful accessibility application, basically mandatory for me. If handled well the advisors are all very helpful and patient. It however comes with some caveats. The advisors do not seem to be trained to look at the form of communication. Every call I have to tell the advisor I am hearing. If I don't, calls are very awkward and long. If your mobile data is even slightly spotty, you can't connect calls. The popup never seems to appear to join a call. The text input is also very unwieldy.

Relay uk. Used for 111 and various appointments. Partially deaf and this really is an incredible service for anyone with anxiety, deafness, hearing impaired or does not speak. Thank you. Would recommend for autistic people also. It uses an advocate to relay the caller and reduces the anxiety of being misunderstood.

Needs ALOT of improvement. The auto text on this is absolutely awful. Some helpers often ignore what I have typed and just keep typing, so what I've said gets lost in the script. Sometimes the text won't appear at all. Sometimes the calls don't go through. Sometimes it's always searching for a relay assistant. I always have a new problem with this app. It looks so bland and basic too, would it really hurt for deaf people to have something nice looking that works for once? My gosh.
