There's alot of great things about this app, I really enjoy the ability to plan your own schedule so freely. However, the schedule sometimes glitches, and it's impossible to move routes around. Also, some routes can't be booked on the map because of technical errors. There's still a sense that this feels like a start-up, however I really like what Relay is trying to do, and I hope for future success.

Please fix the order the packages go in for example if there are 5 packages on one street they should all be in order not do one package then go to a different street, and have to come back to where you left of, and scanner tends to freeze sometimes please fix :)

The ability to book work a week in advance is really great, especially with the up to £200 bonus for peak week! I tend to get my preferred regions to work in too. When I had a small issue on the app the staff on the phone were so helpful.

This is the worst courier service I've worked for. They don't answer back, and I never see any work.

Nothing is clear and everything is vague, and you are manipulating us as you wish in order to have a very large profit margin at the expense of the couriers’ efforts. A fraudulent delivery company is added to the list of fraudulent delivery companies in Britain. You book a shift at least a day before it starts, and when you wake up in the morning to work, you find that everything has changed, from the price to the number of packages. I do not recommend it after the experience I had with them. An l

I have never seen such manipulation as this company. It has only been established for a year or less. They want to become like Amazon. Unnatural manipulation of payment. Dirtier than relay. My eyes have never seen anything like it. I worked with them for days. I got tired for a whole month, and they only paid for a few days. A bad experience with them. I do not recommend it. Stay away from them because they are clowns.
