★★☆☆☆ They didn't start the AC until midnight. It got so claustrophobic and suffocating inside, and we were unable to sleep. Moreover, the bus was not great since it was shaking while driving on small potholes We don't pay such steep fares to end up like this. Bus fare on this route is 2.5x of 2 tier AC trains. Plus, the pathetic support from Redbus. Never recommend anyone. Their chatbots are a waste of time. I have suffered before also with them in Himachal.

★★☆☆☆ Worst customer care support Other platforms are much better than this, Looting the money in the name of non cancellation As per travel policy there will be 100% chargeable before four hours of cancellation but here even doing before one day there are looting entire 100% on ticket No response from customer care or operator Never ever recommend this app Need to file a complaint in consumer court
