★★☆☆☆ The app is terrible. Not clear when a wait, to continue use, is needed. Scanning feature does not seem to work properly. It scans one item for delivery then goes in continuous circle mode without allowing additional scan even if it requires more scanning. When I start over as directions indicate I can't get past the one previous item I have scanned. I am absolutely app/computer stupid and can mess this app up in a heartbeat. All this app does is frustrate me.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot view any employee options, only a volunteer view.

★★☆☆☆ Drivers app locked me out several times and gave me bar codes for boxes I did not or were not assigned to me. Also, it goes from active page to tell me is ltis not online, and sometimes we can't go to the next page to continue.
