★★★★★ This app makes payroll so easy. Great support staff and works well on my Pixel 5.

★★★★★ Excellent work from Reckon as always. It's very convenient to be able to pay your employees from anywhere at any time. The free Mate companion app gives my employees the ability to view their payslips, leave balances, and other information at any time, which is a massive bonus! Their mobile team must have some of their best people working on this! And it's always great to support an Australian business like Reckon.

★★★★★ Once you get setup with this FREE app it's great. Ticks the boxes to keep the ATO happy and it's FREE. Thank you Reckon, will certainly look at your bookkeeping software when it's time to upgrade.

★★☆☆☆ I have attempted to transfer to this app from the STP app. It recognizes my STP login details and their connection to my ABN. When I press the transfer account button it claims it can't be done because an account already exists for that ABN. Likewise, it refuses to create a new account for my ABN. As the other complaints here show, there appears to be massive incompetence on the part of Reckon.

★★☆☆☆ This version does not allow me to change (or even enter) the voluntary superannuation above 10.5%. Nor does it allow me to enter an amount for voluntary additional tax. Nor does it copies identically the previous month's return. What do I do?

★★☆☆☆ Hopeless, previous App was easy use. Will let me log in however, will not migrate data. Wants me register as a new business. Will need to find something better than this.

★★☆☆☆ I totally agree with most of the users, the previous app was good, simple and easy to use, (why retire?) For most of the small businesses with 1-2 or 1-5 staff, we don't need the complicated payroll system, we need the simple STP app just to comp lice with the ATO rule, please bring back the previous Reckon STP.
