★★★★★ For once an apt search guide that doesn't trick you into paying by giving out a free trial. Thos is all the way free 100%. Very easy to navigate, quick speeds, and did everything within the filters that I customized. Price range, location and all. Excellent app. I'm only giving it four stars because with reviews and user feedback experience I know together we can make this a master app!

★★★★★ The app is great, but I'm being scammed by someone who doesn't know I do my homework...be careful...not everyone is honest! I wish there was someone I could relay this information to.

★★☆☆☆ Very glitchy- Alerts tell me I have new listings on a saved search area but always opens to New York listings which are not even in the same part of the country as my saved search.

★★☆☆☆ I like the app but it's very buggy. When looking at rental property, previously viewed homes magically reappear the next time I fire up the app as do homes I've set to "don't want to see". So over the past month I've looked at the same 100 or so houses in my search area over and over again. SUPER FRUSTRATING! I've even got a new phone during this time and emptied cache in the app. There also needs to be a filter available to set to search for either 1 "or" 2 story houses.

★★☆☆☆ Website page scammer fake houses and Apartments higher expensive too much money higher per months .. down reduce.

★★☆☆☆ Properties appear and disappear based on zoom. You could miss out on a lot of good properties because of this
