I don't think it's owned by RBI. Is it really owned by RBI? Answer is no, I checked RBI official Application which clearly shows RBI has its own account for their applications. This application is owned by CCIL, and it's an investment firm just like others. Again, This is not owned by RBI, they are just using RBI's name to create confusion nothing else. Before investment, do your proper research.
