★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't notify about incoming messages. Instead of emojis you see only blank spaces. I wonder what are the app's developers paid for?

★★☆☆☆ When I try to make a call, it does not ring on the other side, and the person I am calling does not receive the call. This occurs regardless of whether I am using Bluetooth headphones, regular headphones, or simply the phone’s speaker., This problem seems to be related directly to the Viber app, as I can make and receive calls without any issue through other apps on my phone. I have already tried everything I believe there may be an issue with the app itself, rather than my device.

★★☆☆☆ One of the most basic features of the damn app is flawed to the point that I wish everyone used another app instead. Calls do not ring more than 50% of the time. This isn't something on my end, it's something that all my family and friends are experiencing for a couple of months at the least. This is the exception for WhatsApp for instance while for Viber it is becoming the norm.
