It's been a couple of years now, raving and festivals. This app is great for building connections with people if you go to shows. Android seems a little buggy occasionally with new features, but the features that matter (chatrooms for shows) work great. If you enjoy meeting new people, and want the scoop around an artist that is going to play, radiate is a must-have!

This app literally does the complete opposite of what a successfully and competently run app does. You build a base version, make it free to attract users and then add extra features at a fee. But nooo radiate makes a decent app and then puts the fundamentals of the app behind paywalls. So like yourself and me. You literally uninstall the app within the same minute you install it because you realize people with a negative IQ designed and run it. Don't waste your time.

I paid for a 6-month subscription and the app shows I don't have one. Rad does not respond via emails or in the app. This is the second time it's happened. The first time, I just lost the money and canceled and renewed next month and it worked. This time, I paid for a 6-month subscription and after the first month the app does not recognize my subscription. I need this resolved.

Not sure if it was from an update or if my phone is now outdated, but messages don't show me the text bar anymore. I can't reply to any messages I receive, nor can I "message Rad the Rhino" to ask for help since that help system is messaging based. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that fixed it for one message. The next message I clicked went right back to hiding the bar. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling seems to fix it now.
