Useful app for those who malas meninges

The latest 1.9.4 update broke the parcel collection booking. Cannot submit even after filling in name, tracking no and date. I suppose this is done to stop people booking multiple slot for package that is not ready for collection. I propose to allow everyone only 1 booking slot at a time so that other people have chances. Also penalize people who don't cancel their booking when they are not using it, maybe make it so that they are unable to book for a slot for a week.

After update, everything is gone. Login, forgot password, register, submit buttons all not working. Been using this app since the inception. But service rather lacking. No improvement for years. Updating for what? For dev info, each update should fix some things and bring new things. Not the other way around.

Since the latest upgrade, the app is showing annoying ads which is ridiculous in my opinion for an app associated with govt. departments booking systems. Please remove the ads!
