You are working hard, but your programs need some important touches. I hope that the application will automatically delete the uploaded multimedia from the phone, because I cannot check, search and delete each image individually. Like Google Photo, it deletes in a useful and efficient way. Of course, there are many notes, but I think that your team needs an ordinary user, not a programmer, to discover all the important things in Qnap, because the end user sees what the programmers do not see.

Great app, doesn't auto upload in the background all the time though.

Had a power outage that took down my NAS file structure. It was a reformat process to recover the drives. Reloaded all of my files back and downloaded File pro, everything worked effortlessly. Tablet, and 2 phones syncing well. Time to get Laptop and desktop loaded to sync it will then all be available across all devices. Ready to also explore downloading my Google account, should be interesting. 16 TB of cloud space awaits.

The old Qsync Pro app was much easier to understand and navigate. This new UI is very confusing.
★★☆☆☆
I go in file to a folder on my nas, I click upload, find the file and select it. It then makes me select the folder I want to upload it to, even though I was in that folder when I selected the file to upload. This new redesign is terrible for that specifically
★★☆☆☆
Sync is broken! I don't mind that QSync is being integrated into the File app, however there are always conflicts that develop after a few days that can't seem to resolve. It gets tripped up trying to sync what appears to be temporary files that File itself is creating as part of the sync process. How can such a core feature of owning a NAS be broken?
★★☆☆☆
When I send files to my QNAP NAS it somehow saves the files under this app's "User data" which bloats easily. There's no way to delete the cache separately. Only way to clear the "User data" on Android 14 is to clear other settings as well, including login information etc. Can you please make it that it doesn't take up space when I send the files through File Pro? Really frustrating when I have to delete my login information + data once a month to save space on my device!
