The new h3 headphone firmware is BAD the app is good...don't even force creating a login (personal data is the new GOLD of this era). But there's no import/export settings (what is a shame). The new firmware to h3 is really BAD...disabled the anc in usb mode and even the volume control is not working anymore. In bt mode is not saving the volume, every time I connect the device the volume is mahout

I use QCY T13 ANC 2. Volume can be controlled with the touch sensor of the earbud. But the volume of the earbuds cannot be controlled through the app. This option is not provided in the app.

Please add the transparency mode in the shortcut options, it would be very helpful cause if someone wants to speak to us while using the earphones we no longer need to remove it from our ears, we just gotta tap to turn on transparency mode.

QCY Arc Bud is working very well but whenever I connect my Arc Bud s to mobile through this app the Wi-Fi internet starts getting slow down and at some point the Wi-Fi doesn't work anymore which is annoying first I thought because my router is of 2.4 GHz frequency's and Bluetooth also works on the same frequency, so maybe this is the problem, but later I Noticed that when I connect the Arc bud s without the "QCY" app there is no more problem so for now I am using it without the "QCY" app, pls fix this

When open the app, the headphones are disconnected. It takes 5–7 minutes to reconnect!

Melobuds Pro sounds great, I loved it, but this app sucks! Tried tourist mode, didn't work, it simply does nothing after a loading screen. Tried creating an account, got some network error after a loooong loading screen. Why the hell do I have to create an account!? I just want to configure my earbuds! That's all. You don't need my info! Remove the need for an account and make the app work properly!
