This is the worst online delivery app I've ever tried. Twice they made us wait for groceries which ended up not arriving at all. Didn't even gave us advanced notice if we were waiting for deliveries or not. No way to track progress of deliveries i.e. whether they are in the process of shopping or delivery unlike other grocery delivery app. Once, the driver even phoned my elderly mom to meet him some place to hand her the deliveries instead of delivering the groceries in our house!!!! OMG!!!
