Life Saving!! I struggled for years paying out of pocket for local help while being homeless and without a car. I found Pursue Care in 2023 and to say they saved my life is an understatement! I now have a doctor that bills my insurance, a roof over my head and saved a little money for a car! The acceptance and attention I get from the Pursue Care is more than I could have ever hoped for. I am beyond thankful to have a team of people that help me understand recovery is a strength not a weakness.

Avoid at all costs! They take advantage of their clients, and it's more about money than patient care. Went for my second appointment with Maggie Smith. I waiting in the portal waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment time, and she never showed. I was told by them that I no showed even though I showed them proof I was waiting. They also outright ignored my questions how to safely come off medication. Avoid!

I've taken two drug screens and had two visits. The hospital has faxed my results twice now yet pursue care claims they haven't gotten them. I've been over a week without my Suboxone due to pursue cares neglect to do the services they provide. I don't recommend switching to this company. I took a cut on my Suboxone and anxiety medication when I switched to them because they were supposed to be convenient and easy to use. Meanwhile they can't get results to drug screens or call my medication in.
