The application works great and well optimized, clear and have good amount of features. I can recommend this platform. I would remove a star as the estimated ship date was not accurate and took a couple of days longer, and the customer service could be better.

My experience with Pure Platform has been incredibly frustrating. Orders are often delivered months late, and when I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. To add insult to injury, items were frequently missing from my orders. I strongly advise against using this app.

In the recent months, service has declined drastically, rendering it impossible to recommend to friends and family. Constant delays with lackluster customer service responses. The shipments are taken more than 2 months and the app says it is in our store, you just lost a client who have been with you over 5 years
