The app makes it so easy to order refills. Before the app, I would call in for refills using the automated system and that was okay, but now I can have my requested refills ordered in half the time it takes to call plus I don't need my prescription number and my glasses to read it.

Suddenly all my prescriptions are missing in the app. I cannot see the details of the prescription I requested a refill of or past prescriptions. This is app has never worked smoothly, but now it's absolutely useless

Ever since your last update you deleted my card on file, won't let me add it back on, yet it's on the Publix pharmacy website! You delay all the time when showing anything is in progress, and I'm forced to do everything through the Publix Pharmacy website! I have downloaded and reloaded multiple times to try and fix this! This app was my go to before, now I give it a zero rating! You destroyed what worked perfectly and now is useless! Why!?
