★★★★★ Provis app is very useful, where requesting services is now quick and simple.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work properly, it's a major issue to register or request for any service coz the app keeps loading and never ends. And all the services in Gate n Arc are based on this app only.

★★☆☆☆ The app is not working. Getting session timeout every time I log in. Clearing cache and data and reinstalling the app do not fix the issue.

★★☆☆☆ This app is terribly faulty, big after bug never works, gets me through the UAE pass and says sessions expired need to log in again. Never works, never ending circle, and es, I have updated, deleted and re download this app like 20 times and never works. For the only thing this works is to send notifications asking if I'm still residing... Nevertheless, I can't update contract or anything. Useless.
