Working, perfectly fine, my opinion is, PROVIDES should try establishing more physical branches across the 36 states, for more efficiency, and customers satisfaction, in case one wants to make a huge transaction like 20million, can easily walk in, it's a good bank though

I don't seem to understand what it is with commercial banks that they can't get right what Fintechs seem to have gotten right years ago. Provides is actually a good bank, but the online registration process is what is the main issue but ones you get over that, everything works well and support isn't bad. Given that Provides has very few branches, much improvement is needed on technology.

Back again with another review. I can't seem to open the app when connected to Wi-Fi. I'd have to sub my MTN line to gain access. Yes, the Wi-Fi is working fine with every other app, so it can't be a network issue.

If you ever change your phone. You will cry 😢 before you can access the app. Very poor. The otp never works then you are blocked

I want to transfer my money to someone, why can't I withdraw my own money? Which kind of rubbish bank is this? I don't have anything to eat, and I borrowed some money online, and they send it to this provides account, now to withdraw my own money is now a big problem...it is better you find something to do with it... I use other banks almost like 5 banks, you are the worst bank I have ever seen ... And if I later withdraw that money, I am deleting this bank off my phone. THANK YOU
